Create an event named "The 20xx programming contest" and register the tests and participants (multiple participants can register selectively). With the event copy function, you can also copy event participants.

A review meeting (around 2 hours) is held with event participants and managers.
After that, holding a drink party (quite exciting, raising awareness).

④ Voluntary training

Create voluntary training event (HR)

Prepare voluntary training events that employees can take at any time. Regularly create test events with a time limit of about 45 minutes and including 2 tests.

Employees can always take examinations as voluntary training. (Even during job time. When received at home it is treated as independent study)

Examination history (examinee, HR and manager)

The examinee can see the progress improvement by looking at own exam history.
HR and manager can also confirm the examination status of employees on the screen.

Create recruitment event, and connect test and the event (HR)

Event period: half year ~ one year
The same tests as internal programming contest. (To compare with employees)
Take the exam in English.

Every time an application, HR registers examinee as an account and registers it for the event.
In the case of home examination, e-mail the account code and password to the applicant.

Take an exam

Candidates can choose to take the examination from home or visit the System Integfator corp.
Especially overseas engineers are convenient since they can take the exams at home without visiting Japan.

  • Visiting company examination... The way to take the examination in the conference room when visiting by interview.
  • Being at home examination… The way to take the examination at home.

Result confirmation (Candidate)

Candidates can immediately confirm the correct / incorrect answers of their submitted programs.

After taking the examination, HR invalidates the account and makes login impossible.

② Evaluation of development consignee

Create development consignee events and link tests (Development organization)

Event period: 3 monthes
The same tests as internal programming contest. (To compare with employees)

Every time an contract, HR registers examinee as an account and registers it for the event.
In the case of home examination, e-mail the account code and password to the applicant.
(If the applicant of the same company and the exam date differ, make the test separate).

Examination ... It's too hard to come System Integrator corp., so applicant can also take the exam at own company.

Exam at own company … Take the examination at own company
    (Not consider substitution exams.)
